Key Responsibilities:Oversee projects so that all deliverables come with proper transition arrangement and documentation
Provide SLA support by effectively managing IT Resources to efficiently respond to end user issues
Perform maintenance on existing IT systems in order to increase functional performance
Provide recommendations on improving system performance, provide recommendations on proactive maintenance activities whilst managing application support service providers on performance monitoring and tuning, system house keeping
Process service requests such as administration application security, system configuration modification
Key Requirements:
6+ years' experience as a Service Analyst, developer, or technical specialist supporting applications
Extensive experience within IT Retail
Knowledge and support of platform tools and utilities
Strong problem solving and business skills
Proven success in the prioritization of multiple tasks, self-motivation and time management skills
Good and practical experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes/practice implementation, Service Level Management and Service Catalogue Management will be an excellent advantage
Project management skills including the management of client expectations, conflict resolution and the ability to escalate
Prior development experience is highly desired
Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical, business, and production issues and options.
Highly preferable to have knowledge and/or experience with POS Systems, ERP systems and CRM systems
