Project environment
A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for an IT Professional Service Procurement Specialist to support the Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Team.
Tasks
• Independent coordination and management of sourcing-initiatives.
• Execution and Management of RFI, RFQ and RFP, in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Contract preparation and coordination of commercial, factual and legal matters with the relevant contacts.
• Evaluation of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Software.
Requirements
• Several years of experience in sourcing in an international environment with respect to IT Professional Services and IT Outsourcing & Offshoring ideally.
• Profound ITIL Service Management skills, especially in Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of procurement systems.
• Project management experience.
• Insurance know-how is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing top management presentations.
• Cost focused, with emphasis on quality, value and efficiency.
• Experience in evaluation of software, evaluation of CMDB software is a plus.
• ETL/interface know-how is an advantage.
• Higher education (i.e. University BA and/or MA) is a plus.
Soft skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills capable of diplomatic interface and teamwork within organization and outside vendor community.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and German are prerequisite.
• Independent working.
• Fosters innovation and creativity within the department - ability to think "outside the box".
Workload: 30%
Start Date: asap
Duration: 3 months with option of extension
