Profile
The company is the preferred partner of major investment banks and through their increased growth, they are looking for several IT Project Managers - Capital Markets want concrete solutions, participate in strategic and innovative projects by improving their technical and functional expertise, and based on recognized and proven methodologies.
You will be involved in a large scale project within different teams of the organisation, providing technical expertise and advice.
Responsibilities
You will be required to acquire a strategic vision of the client, its issues and objectives of the project,
Converse with both the MOA, with the architects and "designers solution", to ensure you are able to understand various approaches and tools (PMBOK, Prince2, BPMN, UML, non-functional requirements, security, performance, BSE, front-to -back trading applications, ...)
You will participate in project design stages and be proactive,
You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, technical and functional,
You will ensure the implementation of the project plan and provide the expected quality of deliverables, within the specified deadlines and budgets,
Assist in the development of new opportunities and offers of assistance to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
You will have between 5 and 15 years of experience in capital markets, including significant experience as an IT Project Manager / Finance.
You have technical skills around new technologies, project management and you have a good view of the organization of market operations, information systems, and financial products.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a are a team player. You are flexible, curious, and you want to support the growth of a dynamic firm on a human scale.
