Job Description:
Should have general storage knowledge but his/hers primary work should be focused within daily run of backup and recovery area.
Daily tasks include the below
IBM TSM:
o Daily run of backup jobs.
o Tuning backups/environment tuning
EMC Data Domain:
o Backup exec knowledge if possible
o Data domain box setup
o Troubleshooting for DDB incidents, with communications with EMC
o Checking emails from helpdesk, Co-ordinator with GSTORAGE,
o Power cut maintenance on/off
