Description

Global Procurement Consultant - Strategy & Transformation is urgently required by our International IT Services Company for an initial 6 Month contract to be based in London. An exciting opportunity to be part of an EMEIA wide procurement transformation programme.

Must have experience in re-modelling business processes and procedures within a procurement environment. Working with the lead Procurement team and a variety of Stakeholders across a number of different geographical locations and across the business to develop and implement an effective EMEIA procurement Policy and Process framework whilst ensuring effective Governance and Compliance and also identifying opportunities for cost down initiatives over an EMEIA landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for re-modelling business processes and procedures within a procurement environment.
  • Develop, establish and present EMIEA wide Procurement Policy & Process Alignment.
  • Identify gaps and differences of sub regional Procurement Policies
  • Assist with the EMIEA implementation and roll out of transformation policy
  • Produce and support a communications and awareness plan

Skills:

  • Must have experience in re-modelling business processes and procedures within a procurement environment.
  • Successfully lead and delivered international transformation procurement projects
  • Policy and process development,
  • Standardisation of procurement templates
  • Strong Change Management skills - involvement in procurement change management programmes
  • Strong Stakeholder Management (Global/Pan-European)
