Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect for multiple implementation projects within a leading financial services client. You will be implementing Incident, Problem and Service Request Management processes using ServiceNow. Working with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase value for money and business prospects

Joining at the conception of project you will be responsible analysis of our clients' business, workflows, processes and Legacy systems translating these into high and low level designs, delivery of POC's to the business and laying the foundation for the global rollout of ServiceNow throughout the business.

Key Skills

Service now/ITSM tools Implementation Experience (ideally certified)

Service Now/ITSM consulting experience within a Financial services client

Working with business process owners and users for requirements gathering/Analysis

Integration with event monitoring tool and other standard integrations with ITSM tools

Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform and similar ITSM toolsets (eg Remedy) including full documentation
