Stress Testing Analyst

My client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced stress testing analyst to join their team in London.

The role of the Stress Testing Analyst involves building, development and maintenance of the credit risk stress testing models, supporting the economic scenario development and providing analytical modelling support.

Criteria for this role:

• Demonstrable professional experience in risk management within a sizeable financial institution and/or within a consulting firm, with exposure to risk practises, risk systems or business management;
• The ability to manage the credit stress testing process in a Standardised and IRB capitalised bank through to input in the ICAAP document
• Clear ability to effectively communicate with the wider business and key stakeholders
• Knowledge of risk methodologies and risk management techniques and their linkages to stress testing
• Analytical skills gained within a financial, regulatory and risk environment
• Demonstrate ability to research and interpret internal and external best practice, as well as to make enhancements to existing practices
