I have a requirement with a financial sector client who are looking for a contract centre specialist to work on a redeployment project. You will be part of a growing team and working with some of the most up to date technology.
Key skills:
- Genesys Version 8 experience is essential
- Avaya version 6x
- Voice recording technologies - ideally Veriant
- Good knowledge of IP based contact Centers
- Need solid experience working in designing, developing and deploying software in contact centres.
