Contact Centres - Cisco - Avaya - Genesys - Voice Services - Financial Services - Insurance Enterprise Architect urgently required for a Global Telecommunications company, we require TWO individuals on a 12 month CONTRACT based in Dublin.
The end clients are based in the insurance and financial services sector.
We require this Enterprise Architect to be a strong generalist with excellent infrastructure experience where act as a trusted advisor and bring confidence to the customer. As the Technical Enterprise Architect you must ideally have experience of designing, transforming large scale Network Architectures and Contact Centres.
You will be the Lead Technical advisor for the end client demonstrating your expertise in Infrastructure and Network Architecture.
This Enterprise Architect must ideally have experience of large complex networks including WAN and voice services, in addition of having working knowledge of converting large Contact Centres.
The main vendor/technologies that you will be working with includes: Cisco/Avaya/Genesys.
