My client a global brand is looking for an experienced and highly Strategic Marketing Manager on a initial contract basis.

The Manager will lead the execution of the product line strategy, developing Network products to be best-in-class for targeted customer segments. S/he will develop innovative strategies and value propositions, assets to showcase our differentiated value, and capabilities to support Network products.

General responsibilities:
* Support the continued evolution of the Network Product Line
* Establish a deep understanding of customer, issuer and business needs
* Provide thought leadership and expertise on all aspects of product, for example targeting, positioning, value proposition, servicing, digital platform, pricing, communications, benefits
* Develop & deliver clearly defined product strategy best practice and product sales & customer value management toolkits to support regional marketing teams & Issuing Banks in successfully launching & managing Blue Box Line product portfolios
* Partner effectively with regional marketing, compliance & operational risk teams to ensure products are developed & issued in alignment with both central and local compliance, regulatory & risk control framework requirements

The individual will be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving outstanding results and be able to build relationships with colleagues across geographies. The individual must also collaborate closely with key central Enablement team partners including: Partnerships & Benefits; Brand, Marketing & Communications; Integrated Marketing Solutions; Global Network Business; Technologies; and Operational Risk

Qualifications
. Strategic marketer with experience in Product Development/Product Management
* A creative and innovative thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and evolving strategies
* Ability to translate consumer needs/insights into successful value propositions
* Ability to drive significant business results in a highly-matrixed organization
* Strong track record of being proactive in driving initiatives
* Ability to influence, collaborate and gain alignment successfully in a multi-stakeholder environment
* Strong project management skills
* Strong written and oral presentation skills
* Flexibility to work across market time zones as needed
* High energy/Growth Mindset
* Consulting background is a plus
* International experience is a plus
* Graduate-level education and/or professional Marketing qualifications eg CIM Diploma or equivalent is a plus
