Functional Analyst/6 months/Brussels, Belgium
Functional Analyst (French and Dutch speaking) urgently required for one of my clients for a period of 6 months (Part time - 100 days) to be based in Brussels, Belgium.
Mission:
Various projects for development of business applications (in the field of Urban Planning and Highways Works) or transverse on behalf of the City of Brussels.
Main mission:
To capture customer requirements, formalize, ensure the implementation of the IT solution with the agreed quality, measure customer satisfaction and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Required Tech & Func Skills
- Practice requirements modelling techniques including conceptual modelling of data, standardization and relational theory.
- Experience in the public sector.
- Knowledge and practice of project management methodology Prince2 and control of project constraints (time, budget, expected features and quality).
- Ability to analyse problems and propose new solutions, demonstrating creativity, inventiveness and dynamism, while respecting the rules, standards and procedures.
- Sufficient knowledge of both national languages.
- Ability to create clear documents, detailed, convincing and appropriate.
- Ability to teamwork, natural empathy in the relationship with the customer and within GIAL.
- Able to work in a structured and autonomously.
- Good communication and responsibility.
