Support Engineer

I have a need for a 1st Line Support Engineer to work on a contract basis for a large telecomms company in Slough.

The main specialisation they require is sound knowledge of OSS RC, but the ideal candidate will come from a strong telecomms background and be very customer facing with excellent customer service skills.
