Description

Job Title: Change Coordinator
Location: Preston
Contract Length: 12 Months
Contract Rate: £21.91 an hour - £17.69 PAYE

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for Improvements to the Change Process, Preparation and coordination of workshops for affected stakeholders to input improvements to the existing change process standard, Capture and co-ordination the improvements into an up-issue of the Process Standard, The Management of Budget and costs, Analysis and control of the Change Budget, collection of estimates, actual spends and configuration control of the budget including preparation of Estimates to and At Completion, Preparation of Business cases, Co-ordination with Project Control to obtain Cost Collection Numbers for the processing and implementing of Changes.

Experience required for this role:
-Extensive Microsoft Office Experience
-Great Communicator
-Change Management experience
-Problem solving skills
