Your tasks:
- Responsible for supporting NGS consumables and disposables development with focus on data analysis
- Focus on near and long-term improvements to existing GeneReader consumables and disposables development
- Expending the range of applications served by GeneReader platform and bringing innovative solutions
- Manage GeneReader sequencing operations in the customer's facility
- Supervise technical assistants
- Analyze sequencing data provide support for cunsumables and disposables development
Your qualifications
- PhD/MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering or in related fields
- Profound industry experience
- Experience with operating automated instrumentation as well in supervising technical staff
- Understanding of the underlying technical principles of next generation sequencing and workflows, data analysis
- Experience in next generation sequencing (NGS) technology development desirable
- Very good skills in troubleshooting and problem solving
