SAP CRM Service Parts Management (SPM) consultant needed for 8 months contract in North Carolina, USA.
Provide functional support for CRM topics in an Service Parts Management solution.
Topics that may be covered (depending on need) are:
o Sales order processing including TPOP
o Discrepancies
o Buybacks
o Core Returns
o Recall of spare parts
o Integration with Finance and Control (eg CRM-TTE integration)
o Related master data (supplier, customer, parts)
