SAP PMO Manager - North West - Market rates - Start date asap.This position is for a long term contract that is expected to run until February 2017
This individual will be a senior figure within the programme, working closing very closely with the SAP Project Director reliable for delivering the programme. Must be a strong personality with the ability to lead and manage the Programme office while having a controlling authority over the Steering committee.
Duties and responsibilities
· Manage the issue of invitations to programme meetings
· Monitor attendance at programme meetings
· Prepare and issue minutes of programme meetings
· Maintain the programme meeting schedule
· Manage the conduct of programme reviews
· Prepare programme management reports for senior internal and external stakeholders
. managing additional members of the PMO team both internal and external resources
. manage close relationships with Vendor delivery team
This individual must have worked on a large scale SAP Programme with a full and detailed understanding of the terminology and the way a SAP Project is managed and run.
- Led a SAP PMO Environment
- Ideally with experience of working with both End User and SI.
- Strong personality who is able to deal with demanding SAP Professionals
- Must have excellent planning skills
- Manage the Budget for a £30 million pound plus programme
Looking for someone to start asap but are prepared to wait 4 weeks for the right individual.
Rates for this position are between £600 and £700 a day.
