Description
ServiceNow/Service Now Consultant/Architect (SaaS) is urgently required by our Global IT Outsourcing Client for an initial contract until 10 September 2015 to be based in Bracknell. This position will report to the SaaS Head of Practice and is primarily responsible for effectively recommending and driving SaaS ServiceNow based solutions across multiple projects with multiple customers at any one time.
This is a customer facing role and the ability to lead engagements and grow existing customer relationships is a key objective of the role. The role will build strong, trusted relationships with customers, partners and sales teams to act as a trusted Force.com Technical Architect.
The selected candidate must possess the ability to drive ServiceNow based solutions from end-to-end. Experience of working across multiple cloud platforms and agile methodologies is critical, as is experience within the Retail sector. The successful candidate must possess a detailed approach and thorough experience of delivering high quality services including partner cloud platforms to ServiceNow, Testing, Integration and Data Strategies.
The candidate will be able to architect and deliver complex ServiceNow projects.
This includes:
- Engage with the sales team and provide pre-sales support
- Lead workshops with customer stakeholders
- Create Technical Designs and articulate these to all project stakeholders including design documentation
- Lead project teams through project milestones through to successful completion of projects.
- Work across multiple projects at any one time.
- Work with management to drive high quality standards
- Work with project delivery teams to lead and mentor others
Responsibilities
. Technical Design and Implementation in ServiceNow and related cloud projects (requirements to completed delivery and handover)
. Drive business requirements and take an active/leading role in requirement sessions with groups customer stakeholders including C-level/director level/users
. Problem solving and solution development
. Manages escalations to bring about resolution to meet client standards.
