RAN Optimisation Engineer - Tehran - 12 months initially
We require a number of experienced RAN Optimisation Engineers (NSN/Huawei) to work in Tehran on a long term contract. 12 months initially, but the project is planned for 3 years. On top of your daily rate, you will receive flights, accommodation, transport and work visas.
Your responsibilities will include -
Setting optimisation strategy for 2G, 3G, 4G RAN network
Designing, implementing and ensuring adherence to optimisation processes and ways of working
Monitoring network performance to ensure SLAs and KPI targets are met
Ensuring technical issues are unblocked to secure optimisation project timelines
Agreeing network configuration and parameter baselines and performing audits to ensure compliance
Troubleshooting issues causing poor performance
Optimising networks with NSN and Huawei
Experience required -
Minimum of 8 years network optimisation experience
Experience in leading teams of optimisation engineers ( 3 -4 engineers reporting)
International experience of working with Tier1 global operators
Extensive experience of Huawei and NSN kit.
Implemented processes for ways of working for optimisation
