Description

A Large NHS Trust based in Exeter has a vacancy for an experienced Service Desk operator. Successful applicant will join a small team providing first line support for IMT services across the North and East Devon health community. The successful candidate will have proven experience in providing telephone support on an IT Service Desk in a very busy environment and be able to demonstrate high standards of work.

You will be required to elicit information from clients in a succinct manner, accurately recording it within the Service Desk software. You will be expected to correctly prioritise and assign all support calls according to the specific service level agreement.

It is essential that you work well as part of a team and possess effective verbal and written communication skills. You must demonstrate a "can do" attitude and have an enthusiasm for providing first line support to clients on all matters relating to IT provision.

Pay Rate GBP 80 per day

Contract role will run initially for 3 months.
