A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast growing, blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices near Southampton.

As a Help Desk Advisor no experience is required as you will be given full training but you must have exceptional Customer Service Skills and have a fantastic telephone manner. You will aslso need to have a real passion for IT.

Desirable:

- Service Desk Experience in an IT Environment

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

- Answering all requests to the Service Desk promptly and politely.
- Assessing the nature of the incident and dealing with accordingly, by either implementing a first time resolution or by passing to the correct 2nd line support groups.
