Description

The successful candidate will be part of IT Operating Model in EMEA and drive CoE strategy implementation in the region.

In particular, key responsibilities are:

Partnering with senior business leads to understand requirements, constraints and objectives to then support design and implementation of optimal CoE strategies

Leading the execution of the offshoring/outsourcing mandates and ensuring alignment with the IT CoE strategy for the region, as well as execution of the necessary activities to align the region as required.

This includes

  • Evaluating client needs against regional capabilities and setting up domain or process competency centres as required
  • Assessing the engagement to determine if captive or outsourced operating models are required and deploying the right operating model as necessary
  • Identifying the right location for the sourcing solution, either business centre or CoE and the appropriate vendors, followed by leading the implementation for this

Collaborating with Central IT Operating Model team, and acting as the conduit for business groups, to structure and define the IT CoE Target Operating Model

As part of regional IT Operating Model team - monitor, assess and collect metrics for the ongoing Book of Work. Collating these metrics and KPI assessments and reporting on the performance, impact and meaning of the measurements on the region, and against the Migration Planning Process (MPP)

Managing relationships with functions and providing support in respect to:

  • Implementation aligned to overall IT CoE strategy
  • Sourcing and vendor strategies
  • Converging divisional IT CoE footprint along process/domain based competencies to improve efficiencies

Management of vendor relationships and overall governance as per defined processes and frameworks as set out by Central IT Operating Model

Solid 6+ years in IT with following experience

Business experience:

  • Consulting and/or outsourcing experience
  • Experience in delivering Organisational transformation initiatives
  • Experience in Change management
  • Experience in dealing with senior management
  • Supporting organizational transformation in a global environment
  • Project management support working in distributed teams
  • Solid knowledge of IT
  • Good Knowledge of Investment Banking
