Industrial Control Systems Expert
We are seeking an Industrial Control Systems Expert to help secure the country's Critical National Infrastructure. The environment is based on Schneider Electric Telvent OASyS DNA products so preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.
You will have ownership of the creation of a Test Environment for PLCs, Vulnerability Assessment planning and execution using state of the art hardware and software, creation of network architectures using ISO 62443 and Qatari Industrial Control Systems Standards and hands-on hacking' of PLCs and related infrastructure.
For this role you meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must have developed security architecture and solution design for leading ICS vendor offerings. Prior experience with Schneider Electric Telvent OASyS is preferred
- Demonstrable prior experience in performing technical vulnerability assessments for ICS. This should include vulnerability assessments of PLCs, SCADA system components and industrial Firewalls
- Must be well versed with ICS protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, Ethernet/IP and Profibus
- Must have developed and executed test plans for cyber security testing of ICS environments in the utility sector. Experience of Water utilities is highly desirable
- Managed ICS cyber security projects in the utility sector involving commissioning and testing during FAT and SAT
- Conducted cyber security training for both executives and engineers. Training for engineers involving demonstrated exploitation of vulnerabilities against ICS is mandatory
- Designed and developed cyber security architectures for ICS covering local and remote communication networks, virtualization, applications and PLCs
- Designed and developed operational cyber security architectures for ICS environments involving policies, procedures, work instructions and guidelines
- Prior experience with performing risk assessments and compliance audits for ICS environments in the utility sector
