Compensation/Beneifts Specalist/Reward Manager - Base Pay - Performance Management - Excellent rates on offer
My global blue chip client is looking for a skilled Global Reward Manager/Compensation Specalist skilled in applying standard reward tools which enable businesses to reach their own solutions within a common framework.
Manage the interface with other reward managers - both within the Upstream Reward team and with other Segments and Group - and serve as single point of accountability for Functional HR VPs for the successful delivery of reward solutions in their client groups
Ensure the appropriate Governance and approval procedures are followed in the reward area in accordance with established Upstream delegations of accountability.
Experience
10+ years of HR Professional experience with a high proportion of that time spent in reward
Thorough understanding of the reward specialism and understanding how it is integrated with other sub-disciplines within the HR function and how it can support business success
Good leadership skills and ability to drive innovative changes in practice
International reward experience is desired.
Other
Advanced level of knowledge in all reward areas: base pay management, Compensation & Benefits.
Ability to develop clear and concise reward communications
Proven record of achievement in field of expertise within Function, Region or Segment reward role
Good project management skills -
Advanced level of client relationship management, leadership and team working
