Computer Futures are working with an Acute Trust based in the Southwest to find them an experienced Director Of Operations.
The position is going to last initially 6 months. This is highly probable to last longer.
Experience the Trust requires you to have:
Strong Operational background with recent experience of working at a band 8D/9 level.
A proven track record of working with Transformation teams in delivering CIP Programmes.
Strong experience of developing and promotion of the Trust's vision, aims and strategic future objectives.
Strong Stakeholder engagement, internal and external. You will be required to provide the Senior Executive and the Board of Directors with practical advice and information on operational issues. This will be alongside any associated risks which flow from the consideration of strategic options.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day Operational management of the Trust, ensuring high performance and confident delivery of all service business plans.
