Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support - Helpdesk
Contract, £12 per hour - 35 hours per week, with overtime available.
Leeds, Yorkshire

This is an immediate requirement working for a leading IT Managed Services business as a Service Desk Analyst, (1st Line Support Analyst). The role sits within a busy team, supporting external customers in line with SLAs. This is a excellent opportunity to further increase your skill sets and develop your career within a global organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st line desktop support, remote and configuration administration.
  • Dealing with service calls in an appropriate manner, providing support where possible or escalating to the appropriate team.
  • Prioritisation of calls inline with incident management processes
  • Providing regular updates to customers/internal teams/management as appropriate
  • Systems Administration

To be considered, you'll have prior experience within 1st line or a service desk environment, a technical understanding around Windows XP/7, Active Directory, Exchange. It's essential that your polite, friendly and communicate respectfully to the customer at all times.
