My client, one of the UK's largest banking groups, is looking for a Finance Change analyst to work on their IFRS9 Programme. The programme has been established to manage the design, build and implementation of the necessary changes to both their systems and processes.
The Finance Change Analyst will support the Retail Lead in implementing the IFRS9 solution for Retail, to include the research and analysis of issues to support decisions around change. They will need to gain an understanding of the business changes required and apply appropriate challenges to the stated requirements, before developing options to address any issues. These will need to be communicated with stakeholders and SMEs. The Finance Change Analyst will also need to support testing matters and assist with the set up of monitoring systems and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
* Credit loss provisioning experience, within retail credit;
* Experience of full project change life cycle within banking;
* A strong working knowledge of risk metrics, including PD, LGD, EAD, EL, Watch List and their impact on Risk and RWA's.
The position is based in Edinburgh for a maximum rate of £550 per day.
