Commissioning/Service Design Manager (Adult & Child Services) is required by our Essex based local government client. You will be required to lead the service re-design process for a portfolio of commissioning projects which ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective services that deliver positive outcomes. Strong commissioning experience essential.
Key skills and experience required for this role will include the ability to:
- Project planning, leading projects from start to finish
- Sourcing and analysing data, both qualitative and quantitative
- Risk management
- Engagement with service users
- Financial modelling
- Ensuring continued professional service for customers
- Safeguarding standards are monitored and maintained
