Senior Sales Account Manager - 6 months - Nottingham - Negotiable Rate
A leading Energy and Utilities client of Hyphen is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their UK sales function.
Job Purpose:-
The senior key account manager will be responsible for developing onsite generations largest customers, leading all phases from lead development through creation of the business case to contracting in the process coordinating resources across the Onsite generation team (engineering, O&M, finance, German Back Office support). In addition the senior key account manager will develop inorganic (partnership, acquisition) opportunities to secure substantial revenue growth.
Key Skills/Requirements:-
*The Senior Key Account Manager will be expected to develop skills relevant to support (or at a later stage take over) management of a wider remit. In particular:
oTeam management
oFinancial management (P&L, directorial responsibilities)
oMatrix management of engineering and O&M resources
oRepresentation to the AG board
1.Role Requirements
*10+ years successful track record in product and service based sales;
-Background in managing multi million pound accounts
-Experience of selling at a senior level
-Experience of selling too multiple stakeholders
*Strong pipeline and sales management skills.
*Ability to be decisive - pricing, opportunity evaluation and prioritisation
*Written and verbal communication skills;
*Competency in Renewable Energy technologies and applications;
*Excellent knowledge of and experience working with the UK sustainability agenda, strategy and polices;
*Strong bid and tender management experience
*Proven ability to develop partnerships
*Self motivated individual able to meet the demands of a young business units with exponential growth targets;
