Your tasks:
- Maintenance and implementation of preassembly rules in reticle and kerf design
- Kerf Design Verification
- Implementation of preassembly checks and reviews
- Align kerf reviews with development and product milestones
- Support foundry and in-house interfacing teams for preassembly topics
- Optimize kerf design with the goal to improve the dicing yield
Your qualifications
- Very good experience in the semiconductor industry
- Very good experience in data preparation
- Studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Physics with emphasis on semiconductor technology, material sciences or other related disciplines
- Proven ability to use design/layout software and rule based verification tools is advantageous
- Excellent English communication skills
