My Client is a Tier 1 Investment Bank who are looking for a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month project.

Role:

  • Develop Product & Asset Class Risk (P&AC) analysis for the Executive and external stakeholders.
  • The team is also responsible for managing all P&AC related projects with the aim of delivering these in a structured fashion, within agreed timelines and with the relevant controls in mind.
  • Liaison with Credit Risk teams across all the bank's franchises, Portfolio Management teams and P&AC Policy stakeholders to determine required reports and where necessary, help support bankwide P&AC Reporting in their identification of key stories and trends.
  • Deliver efficient, accurate reports to the reporting team and ensure a fully transparent, stable and robust reporting framework

The candidate Must have:

  • Credit Risk experience Wholesale LGD EAD PD/RWA
  • Credit Risk Reporting
  • Assist with the production of regulatory reports.
  • Assist with the development process of a robust framework for P&AC reporting and help with the resolution of an Operational Risk Issue which has been raised on Product & Asset Classes.
  • Concentration Risk
  • Document reporting processes and act as SME on the reporting layer in order to maximise the flow of reliable information to the team's stakeholders.
  • Engage effectively with Credit teams in the Franchises to ensure significant improvement to the analysis and related commentary/information shown.
  • Engage effectively with dependent Risk Appetite and Policy stakeholders and other key functions in the Bank to enhance the current process.
  • Take ownership of enhancements and projects ensuring maximum accuracy and that all set deadlines are met. The analyst must consider within their project the efficiency and quality of the reports as well as the controls and documentation related to it.
  • Very good understanding of EXCEL
  • Credit Skills/MI Reporting Skills; Good understanding of credit risk
  • Knowledge of credit risk principles and credit risk management and mitigation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and interact with several different levels of management
