SAP PM CS Consultant - Dutch Speaking
Responsibilities:
The SAP PM module will be implemented to support the activities of our client's operations centre. This centre is responsible for the registration of calls, scheduling, dispatching and monitoring of incidents and implementation of the planned activities. Your responsibility is the development of the blueprint and the implementation of the system.
Technical skills:
- SAP PM expert
- excellent knowledge of PM/CS configuration and integration with CO MM and SD
- Technical skills needed to develop functional specifications
- Experience with SAP implementations for call centre environments (knowledge of CS, CTI ...) is a plus, as well as knowledge ITIL
