IT Change Manager (Junior/Medior)
IT Change Manager: IT Change Manager urgently required for a long term contract with a BlueChip company paying great rates in an amazing location in Belgium.

IT Change Manager should ideally confirm to the following profile:
The IT Change Manager governance of the life cycle of changes and make sure that only authorized changes are implemented
Co-approve pre-approved standard changes
Check on deliverables and quality criteria during advisory boards
Coach and support the participants of the infrastructure change process
Participate in improvement initiatives
Be the Point of Contact for changes impacting our domains of activities
Participate in the CAB Meetings
The IT Change Manager Should also be:
An excellent communicator, verbal as well as written
Able to work in a structured and systematic way
Pragmatic, and proactively seek solutions
Armed with a critical mind and a have a healthy dose of assertiveness
Capable to manage stress
Service minded and favours pragmatic approaches
Strongly customer oriented and has an excellent service attitude
The IT Change Manager should have the following skills:
A degree in higher education
At least 3 years of working experience
A basic knowledge of IT, or a proven interest in/or affinity with IT
A practical experience with ITIL (preferably level 3)
