Description
We are currently looking for a Process Architect for an initial 6 months contract based in London.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Track record as 'Process Architect', NOT 'Business Architect' or 'Enterprise Architect'.
- Highly beneficial to have worked on development and documentation of the target process for client onboarding.
- 5+ years experience of organisational and role design from front-to-back of the operating model, including extensive exposure to Commercial Banking.
- Experience of Lean/Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in defining logical activity taxonomies and assessing a range of factors (eg skills, technology, data, controls) to determine which activities should be performed by a given role.
- Define implementation plans and transition states for target organisational model.
