I am looking for a communications manager for a Retail bank who are running a project involving branch openings & closures. As such it impacts Commercial clients & some colleagues - advising client soft closures, redirecting them to alternative branches or offering alternatives. Colleagues need to have an awareness & some may need to move premises if located in an impacted branch.
The ideal communication manager will:
* Understand closure programme & identify impacted clients from data held. Work with the wider project & PM to determine if any alternative treatments are required. Work with Data & Marketing team to ensure that client mailings are issued on time & to the right clients. Ensure that colleague comms are created & issued in support. Produce data to ensure that any client complaints are known & to highlight where clients have been contacted before the notification letter is mailed.

* Experience of working within a Commercial Bank would be a benefit
