Job Title: Complaints Manager

Rate- £300

Contract Length - 3 months

Location -Cheshire

Start Date - 6TH July

Project Details: My NHS client based in Cheshire is currently looking for a interim Complaints Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract while they wait for their substantive Complaints manager.

As the Complaints manager you will provide leadership on all Incident Reporting within the Trust and guide the team how concerns and complaints should be dealt with. You will also be involved in making sure that all incidents are closed within the time frames provided.

The NHS Complaints Manager will also play a key part in reducing the amount of incidents that are currently breaching and costing the Trust. You will support business as usual for the Trust and ensure the running of the complaints department while they wait for the substantive member to start. Also you will help the Trust in looking at their Strategic direction and help them achieve their goals.

The role will allow you to develop and maintain links with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients and their families.
