Interim Contracts Manager - Band 8aI am currently working alongside a forward thinking & ambitious NHS organisation based in London who are looking for an interim Contracts Manager to join their team.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of community contracts & will be responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio as well as drafting reports back to board level on contract activity.
I am looking for immediately available candidates to interview within the next week.
The role is for an initial 3 month period paying between £320-£350 per day.
Contract Manager - Day to Day Duties:
- Overseeing all contract management within the portfolio
- Liaising with GP's & Clinicians of all levels to resolve issues
- Create weekly reports back to board level & advise on all activity
- Attend weekly meetings with GP's & take minutes
- Support the GP's in delivering high quality services
- Finance reporting
- Deputise for CEO where needed
- Provide strong leadership on contractual matters
Contracts Manager - Requirements
- Strong NHS Contracts knowledge
- Proven background of working in & contributing to an NHS contracts function
- Primary Care & Community experience is ideal
- APMS, PMS, GMS Contracts experience
- Persuasive nature
- Ability to build relationships with new stakeholders & continue existing relationships
- Proven ability to write performance reports & present data
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of SystemOne would be useful
- Personable
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Immediately available
