Description
We currently have a new long term contract for a senior Business Analyst in Sydney. The position will involve working on a new exciting IT digital project that will involve customer portal. You will engage with the business stakeholders at all levels to identify opportunities to improve applications and processes and subsequently liaise with providers to deliver the required business benefit.
Responsibilities:

Analyzing capability of existing systems and identifying improvement opportunities.

Understanding and prioritising business requirements and identifying the right solution

Lead evaluation and selection of potential solution providers..

Engaging with stakeholders to capture and document change requirements by delivering a business case, existing and proposed process flows, functional specs, test plans, gap analysis.

Managing demand, prioritising demand and determining how improvements are achieved.
Experience Required

A successful track record as a Business Analyst on large complex projects, with significant expertise in process analysis, process mapping and process improvement

Experience working on customer portals would be beneficial.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills to work with executive stakeholders, end users and third party suppliers
