Description
A global banking group are looking to expand their Benchmark Review team in London, Singapore and New York. The remit of this new team is to build a new risk and controls framework across 50 different benchmarks in the bank.The team is recruiting for AVP's, and well as VP's, with the successful candidates sitting on the 2nd line of defence to oversee the benchmark submissions and challenge for inconsistencies in contributions, provide advice on safeguarding on changes of regulations, as well as providing assistance in the construction of a control framework.
I am looking for people who come from the following background:
- Trading (preferably Interest Rates/ Interest Rates Derivatives but would consider Equities)
- Benchmark Submitters
- Independent Review professionals around Benchmarks
- Controls Specialists
This is a role that provides exposure to a high visibility team, which is currently a real focal point of the bank as a whole.
Salary £60,000 - £105,000 + bonus (in UK).
Salary TBC in NY and Singapore.
