Description
SummaryA Mechanical/Electrical Drafter works very closely with project managers, engineers, and others project team members to create, modify, and maintain system drawings, equipment room floor plans system manuals, and other documentation.
Duties
- Be able to create and/or modify communication system drawings, floor plans and communications tower elevations from engineering notes and sketches.
- Collaborate with the individual(s) responsible for providing input for system drawings, system manuals, and other documentation in order to provide a quality drawing package
- Be able to gather and organize information to support the completion of drawing packages
- Print, assemble, and distribute revised/final drawing packages.
Skills
- 3 -5 years experience in Computer Aided Drafting with AutoCAD R2000 or above.
- Possess strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
- Have specific knowledge and expertise in AutoCAD Release 2008 or above, MS Office Productivity Suite - Word/Excel, Adobe Professional. Autoplay 5.0 a plus.
