Core-Asset Consulting's client, a leading investment management firm is looking for a Change Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month contract in Edinburgh. The purpose of the role is delivery of the change process and all assigned Business Change Requests in relation to outsourced Fund Operations, Accounting, Reporting & Pricing activities.
Core responsibilities:
- Works with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that change requests to the fund services provided by Third Parties are defined, controlled and managed to delivery properly. Ensure Service Level Agreement updates are agreed & made accordingly.
- Monitors the Suppliers service performance against the agreed Change Process & Service Level Agreement. This is done via the reports produced by the Third Party on a weekly basis as well as issues discussed at the Weekly Change and Monthly Governance meetings.
- Own, manage and resolve change control issues that are escalated to Supplier Management.
- Ensure Team Records are accurately maintained and reconciled to records produced by the Third Party.
- Ensure the company consistently applies the principles of TCF, demonstrating with words and actions that the client perspective is always considered in decision making.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision to set timescales and as a pro-active team player.
Core requirements:
Experience of:
- Fund Operations and/or Fund Accounting.
- Analysis & Change/Project Management experience.
- Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel; basic proficiency required, intermediate proficiency preferred.
- Preferred: Supplier management and service levels management.
- Qualifications (eg: Accounting/investment industry qualification).
