CLIENT SUPPORT RELEASE ANALYST - RETAIL BANKING - HALIFAX - £400pd
My client has a requirement for a client support release analyst to join a large change programme for a major retail bank. The role will require the candidate to become an expert in the client delivery and release processes of the bank to ensure their clients receive quality deliverables.
The Client Support Release Analyst will be responsible for:
Supporting the Process

  • Supporting the CSRM Manager and taking ownership with the client escalations impacting Risks, Issues, Assumptions and dependencies relating to the Release
  • Reviewing redacted documents to be shared with the client
  • Ensuring any client actions required as a result of changes to milestones are being progressed
  • Supporting the CSRM Manager and taking ownership with facilitating defect resolution for any defect impacting the client that may pose a threat to the Release implementation.

Report and Communicate

  • Reporting progress to the Client Support Release Manager via agreed metrics on a regular basis
  • Establishing and maintain Release communications with the Client Support Release Manager
  • Report any escalation's to the Client Support Release Manager

Learn and Apply

  • Recording all lessons learned
  • Facilitating Lessons Learned sessions with the Client Support Release Manager and client on a regular basis

The AMU Portfolio Management unit is fast-paced and dynamic environment, as such the Client Support Release Analyst will operate with a degree of sophistication and maturity to quickly reprioritise and balance activity to meet current demands.
Key Accountabilities are:

  • Project Delivery - Support the CSRM Manager and take ownership and accountability for client support processes to manage issues, mitigate risks, monitor dependencies and ensure that the right level of quality is achieved in all deliverables.
  • Project Delivery - Timely and accurate reporting and completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures.
  • Consultancy Advice & Domain Knowledge - develops an expert knowledge of the impact of change on clients and shares this knowledge with the CSRM Manager to support development of client documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management - Builds and maintains effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues, proactively answering queries and following up actions with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management - Reports progress and status to the appropriate stakeholders on a timely basis, including identification and escalation of key risks and issues.
  • People and Self Development - motivates team members to create a high performing team. Contributes to the development and performance of the wider AMU team.
