Partnership and Acquisitions Managers/Airline
Our client, a global airline organisation is looking for a partnerships and acquisitions manager to join their rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for planning, developing and executing their acquisition and partnership programme. You will be working with key stakeholders to identify either acquisition and/or partnership targets that support the business strategy. Produce the business case and secure investment, drive the implementation plan and ensure business case synergies are met. Work with relevant teams engaging legal and financial contribution across all deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting qualified/Airline or IT industry experience
* Financial and Business in-depth knowledge
* Commercially astute
* Corporate Stakeholder Management
* Large and small deal experience knowledge and Skills
* 6 year+ work experience in Merger and acquisitions transaction deals
* Track record in successfully winning acquisition and partnership deals
* Proven expertise in quantitative analysis
* Track record of closing investment opportunities and business proposals
* Proven experience in managing contracts with third party data providers
