Description

I am currently looking for a Service Level Manager with SaaS and Cloud experience for one of our clients in Amsterdam for 6 months with possible extension. This client is busy with a huge turnover to Cloud. They are innovating different systems, so there are a lot of implementations, datamigrations and new suppliers.
To manage the contact with all different suppliers they need a med/sr. Service Level Manager who has worked for over 5 years in a similar position and with experience with SaaS, Cloud contracts and end users. This person does not just manage the contact. He will be responsible for managing the operational/tactical ITIL processes towards the supplier(s) in scope; like Service Level Management, Cost Management, Availability Management and Capacity Management. He/she ensures alignment with the business/other platforms for the end user services. Defines realistic performance requirements (KPI's) as input for the new or reviewed SLA. Monitors and reports on Service quality and performance against SLA with Vendor, if necessary manages service improvement plans.
Bachelor degree with 6-8 years` experience
Over five years of relevant Service Level Management experience
ITIL practitioner (preferably)
Experience with end user, SaaS and cloud contracts in particular
Knowledge in market development of end user related infrastructure services
Good common sense understanding of specific business needs & operational requirements
