Description
My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for a Registered Sick Children's Nurse Assessor to work with them on an interim 6 month basis.You will be responsible for overseeing care packages for a number of children who are eligible for CCHC and are receiving health care packages to support and meet their clinical needs in the community.
A main function of the role would be to carry out initial health assessments and reviews as appropriate, to assess eligibility for Children's Continuing Healthcare services.
You must have a current 'RSCN' qualification and have experience of working within a hospital or community setting.
There will be travel required for the role and whilst there are good transport links it may be useful to have access to a car.
Experience working within continuing healthcare would be useful but is not essential though you must have experience of carrying out assessments previously.
This is an immediate start 6 month role. Day rate is negotiable.
