My Client, an international insurer, require a Knowledge Transfer Lead to join a new migration team within the business.
The successful Knowledge Transfer Lead will:
- Manage a large, multi-faceted knowledge transfer
- Coordinate leads and resources across the business in a Matrix management environment
- Coordinate workshops for knowledge sharing, provide knowledge documentation
- Monitor progress of the vendor
- Track activities and deliver updates to project team
- Have two years of IT Project Management experience
- Hold ITIL certification
- Have an understanding of infrastructure technical solutions
