ESTATES AND FACILITIES PROCUREMENT MANAGERReal Staffing are currently recruiting for an Estates and Facilities Procurement Manager based in a London Acute Trust.
Outline of Job Description:
- To provide specialist FM support to procurement team
- To support facilities team
- Managing and monitoring FM services
- To support the procurement of major FM contracts
The successful applicant:
- Will have previously worked around FM and estates preferably in health care, together with a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, practices and innovation.
- We will expect the successful applicant to demonstrate proven track record of delivering against targets. You will be an expert in public sector procurement guidelines, legislation and contract law relating to procurement with developed presentation skills.
- You will possess excellent communication and negotiating skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of translating strategic plans into individual objectives.
