Deployment Engineer - Manchester - 3 Month contractA strong Windows 7 Deployment Engineer is required to join a fantastic public sector deployment team within the Greater Manchester area. The IT department as a whole has steadily grown over the years and due to recent success they require a Deployment Engineer with a strong interpersonal and communication skills, required on a 3 month contract ASAP.

Contract Length - 3 Months
Rate - £11 - £13.00 DOE
Start Date - ASAP (Immediate Start)
Essential Experience - Windows XP/7 - MS Office - Active Directory - Exchange - Previous experience of doing a Windows 7 Deployment project is essential. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and can organise their time in order to meet SLA timeframes.
Basic Duties Involve: - Working closely with the IT Manager providing assistance across all IT aspects of the business - You will be responsible for all initial ticketing queries ensuring they are moved upwards to the appropriate team member and ensuring the tickets are completed within SLA timeframes. - You will maintain the Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems along with Exchange and general IT hardware / software issues. - Along with dealing with support you will also undertake small IT projects - You will install software to laptops and desktops - You will complete internal user moves including phone lines - You will assist in setting up meetings, preparing documents and assisting the IT Manager
