to do on call shift work. This is for a large law firm in Dublin. This is a 12 month contract on daily rate.POSITION
- IT Helpdesk Support (to include on call shift)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical problems.
- Support usage of applications
- Troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Alert of any issues
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ideally obtained in a client facing role in an IT capacity.
- Windows Server
- Win7
- Level 1 Support experience
