Description

to do on call shift work. This is for a large law firm in Dublin. This is a 12 month contract on daily rate.

POSITION
  • IT Helpdesk Support (to include on call shift)


Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical problems.

  • Support usage of applications

  • Troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems.

  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

  • Alert of any issues


Key Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ideally obtained in a client facing role in an IT capacity.
  • Windows Server
  • Win7
  • Level 1 Support experience
