Description
My client is seeking a Business Analyst with solid Kronos configuration experience and 2+ years on Workforce scheduling/planning
Requirement:
- In depth experience in the implementation/upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting and support of the Kronos Product Suite/Workday/Workbrain
- Gathering and refining workforce or human capital management (WFM/HCM) business use cases and requirements
- In depth knowledge of workforce scheduling, forecasting, time, and attendance
- Developing detailed functional designs for Kronos Configuration and Customisation
- Logging and monitoring of issues and risks through resolution/mitigation.
- Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate operational issues, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in system and non-automated components of new or changed processes/procedures, organization and equipment.
- Assists in the analysis of the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identifies available options for consideration
- Experienced working in a multi-site and multi-vendor environment
