Description

The Customer service Rep Swedish -English, Maastricht , fulltime (40 hours per week) acts as a customer service liaison, is responsible for promoting and sustaining positive customer relations and support of field teams. Your job is to process all orders, respond to and resolve all internal and external customer inquiries.

The successful Customer service Rep Swedish -English, Maastricht , fulltime demonstrates good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and has the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Excellent organization, time management and customer service skills are essential as well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a customer service liaison for European customers of my client such as Rescue Services, Hospitals, Fire departments and Public Authorities.
Respond to incoming internal/external customer inquiries for information regarding my clients products and services via phone, email fax etc.
Review and ensure contractual obligations between customer and my client are met through quotes, contracts, purchase orders and phone orders
Promote and sustain positive customer relations
Develop solutions to a variety of problems
Work closely with colleagues in Sales and in the Distribution Centre in Maastricht
Make sure that the customer gets the best possible care.
